1. Please ensure continue burning for at least 1 hour when you light the candle for the first time. This will fully liquefy the surface of the candle and make the entire top layer a fragrant pool of liquid wax and burn evenly.

2. Keep your wick trimmed to 1/8" at all times. Having a very long candlewick will cause excessive flame when burning. This will further produce black smoke. Therefore, please trim the wick to the ideal length for better performance.
